CLAY SATURDAYS
Clay Saturdays is 10:00-11:30 AM at the Art Factory is great for families (5-8 years old must be accompanied by an adult). This course is designed to develop skills in a variety of hand building techniques. The artist will experiment with different tools and techniques including, but not limited to, slab building (building with flat piece of clay), coiling (building with smooth ropes of clay), modeling (creating forms with soft chunks of clay and subtracting), combination hand building, impressing, incising and piercing.
By building skills in a variety of techniques, artists will develop and/or enhance their ability to incorporate their strengths and interests into their own personal body of work.
Clay Saturdays at the Art Factory will be offered as 4 week sessions. You must register for each 4 week session you want to attend. There is a one time Spring registration fee of $35 and each class is $15.

Saturday Session 1
January 9th - February 6th
Saturday Session 2
February 20th - March 13th
Saturday Session 3
April 10th - May 1st

In order to register for class, please fill out the form below and make payment below. Please know that pre-registration is required and you must plan to attend all four classes in the session for which you register. Please email info@winthroparts.org with any questions.
