All area students 18 years and younger are encouraged to submit an original artwork in any medium (pencil, watercolor, acrylic, pastels, crayon, oil, mosaics, sculpture, photography, digital). 2D pieces should be no larger than 8"x10" and can be matted, framed or on canvas. 3D pieces will be displayed on tabletops. There is an entry fee of $5 per student.

Artwork entered in the Annual Children's Show 2017 must be original and created by the student. No kits or store-bought projects will be accepted. Students can choose any subject matter; just use your creativity. Students must provide a short artist statement providing their name, age, medium, school and brief description of what inspired them to create the work of art.

Please complete the attached registration form and submit it along with your original work of art and $5 entry fee by Monday, October 23 by 6 p.m. at the Art Factory. All works entered will be judged and eligible for First Place, Second Place, Third Place and Honorable Mention in age categories of 5 to 8 years old, 9 to 13 years old and 14 to 18 years old. There will be one Best in Show winner. Winners will receive awards sponsored by Suncoast Credit Union.
