In addition to the cash prizes and awards, we were able to give out three "Friends of Winthrop Arts" awards. This was a new $125 sponsorship level for individuals or companies. For the $125 sponsorship, the sponsor has the opportunity to select their favorite artist (as long as s/he has not been selected by the judges) and give that artist the "Friends of Winthrop Arts" awards, which comes with a $75 cash prize. (The other $50 goes directly to Winthrop Arts - so thank you to our FoWA Sponsors)
