How To Apply: Weekly Program

We are now accepting student applications for the Art Factory at Winthrop Arts! At the Art Factory, we strive to provide an inclusive, creative environment for children of all ages and abilities. We are proud to offer the after school program for a price on par with H.O.S.T. (Hillsborough Out of School Time) and the classes include drawing, painting, fabrics and sewing, creative writing, ceramics and sculpture, mixed media, and more!

We opened our doors officially on Monday, October 3, 2016 and we hope you and your children stop by and see our new space! Please see below for directions on how to register your child and our Fall 2016 dates.

You can enroll your child for the weekly program* in three simple steps!

1. Complete and Submit the form below. PLEASE NOTE: This is to enroll your child in the after school program. If you would like to enroll your child in daytime classes, please see HERE. 

2. Complete and Submit the Child Waiver Form. Please send completed forms to [email protected]. Download form HERE.

3. Submit the $35.00 application fee and weekly payment fee.

Payments through our website are preferred (with a credit or debit card), but we will do our best to accommodate you. Please let us know if you need another arrangement for payment. Teachers and Art Factory staff are unable to accept students fees directly.
$55.00 per week per child. There is no credit or deduction for short weeks or missed days. There is an additional non-refundable $35.00 registration fee per child. We require a 4-week minimum. Please see our refund section to learn about our refund policy

This is the non-refundable Art Factory at Winthrop Arts Registration Fee. Please note, if you are registering several children, we allow one registration fee per family. Please email us at [email protected] if you have any questions.

FALL 2016 SCHEDULE

Classes are Mondays 12pm – 6pm and Tuesdays through Fridays 2pm – 6pm, unless otherwise noted.
We are open at 12pm every Monday to accommodated early release students.

Week 2.     October 11 – October 14 (No class Monday, 10/10 – Non-student day)

Week 3.     October 17 – October 21

Week 4.     October 24 – October 28

Week 5.     October 31 – November 4

Week 6.     November 7 – November 10 (No class Friday, 11/11 – Veteran’s Day)

SIGN UP information for fewer than 5 days per week

If you are interested in signing up your child for the after school program at the Art Factory, but they cannot attend every day, we now offer the option to sign your child up for 1, 2, or 3 days per week! Each day is $15.00 per week (so 2 classes per week is $30/week and 3 classes is $45/week). Please note, this option includes only after school classes from 4 - 6pm.

Classes are from 4 - 6pm everyday. Only children signing up for the weekly program may attend the Art Factory earlier than 4pm.
There is an additional non-refundable $35.00 registration fee per child. We prefer a 4-week minimum. Please see our refund section to learn about our refund policy. Also note: We only offer the option of signing up for 3 days per week. If you would like your child to attend 4 days, please sign up for the weekly program and just let us know that your child will attend only 4 days per week.
